Peace in a busy technological world

Hush now

The storm has passed
leaving behind
a kind of soft saturated wildness
in the air
on the leaves
in the sky where the clouds,
seeming unsure as to their purpose
or their colour,
melt along the horizon
to reveal the blue, blue
age of day.

Hush now

Go to your windows and open them
walk along your path and breathe
open your heart and smile
turn off your tech and feel the clean air
smell the mulch
taste the abscence of rain
and watch as one after the other
creatures fly about, crawl about
under the blue, blue
age of day.

Hush now

Live in these moments
breathe the peace
stretch your mind and your body
reach up, reach down
reach all around. Now,
watch as those whisps of breath
drift to the trees
to the earth
and up to the blue, blue sky
to create the rain of tomorrow’s peace
for the coming new age of day.

Hush now

their pleasured pain

how this time
this, impossible feeling of
distance

I feel such a longing for
longevity
yet at the same time
I feel its breath
begin to cremate
and I feel, also
her kisses
kissing me to feel
the distance
for it is such a distance
where the language of sorrow
echoes along the path
from the fires
those joyful fires,
breathing

breathing
their pleasured pain

The universe can feel you breathing

The universe can feel you breathing
can feel the moisture of your thoughts
as you sit in fear and contemplation
of that outside, that battle fought

The universe can feel you breathing
can feel your moments of regret
as you stand alone by your window
watching reflections of eyes so wet

The universe can feel you breathing
can feel your heart beat ancient blood
as you sit in time and anticipation
of that outside, that wretched hood

The universe can feel you breathing
can feel the softness of your soul
as you stand alone in solitude’s air
watching waiting for someone to hold

The universe can feel your pain
can feel your sadness deep and true
and as you stand without foundation
breathe and feel the universe in you

A glimpse

Life is beautiful

This life thing, this death thing
this wonderful opportunity to breathe

Everything has its day, everything has its night

We grow through time until humanity becomes something more
and as nature’s petals fall it reveals, gives us a glimpse of her secrets.

An echo breathing

Magic arrives when it’s needed.

This message is ready for the few
for those souls
bereft of the beauty
we sometimes take for granted.

The beauty, of course, is not physical
but those things we feel
and emit
without and within

it is that echo
breathing, touching, vibrating
it is that echo.

Sometimes a sadness overshadows
a loneliness begins
a feeling of loss is found
and all we want is to escape
into ourselves
to close the curtains of our minds
and escape into the sorrows
of emptiness
where there is no light
no fire
no

but, where there is emptiness
there is of course, an echo.

It breathes with you and for you
for you are
that breathing echo
you are open to receive
those long searched for
alchemies of love.

Magic arrives when it’s needed
as love
because love
is already within us
within you now

breathing its echo.

Inhale, smile
and believe
in your beauty.

Wandering Spirits

This drum, drum, drumming
oh so gentle within us
… an echo breathing

This subtle fire deep within
bleeds its life story
giving our souls reasons to breathe

This chance to dance within light
is born when we smile
… an echo breathing

Love
within
us
… an echo breathing

Find your soul

Be true
look inside
search for it.
Open yourself
to your open self.
Look around, see and
watch for the moments.
Smile as you come across
the You that you once were.
Know that what is in you is also
in all of us and it lives waiting silent
because we are all one spirit together.
Breathe and relax, feel for the one You
that is meant to be, who wants to be
for always and forever. Your self.
Smile, reach, touch your soul
feel its power its energy.
Look inside, know and
feel what could be
what is waiting.
Search for it
look inside
be true.

Seems such a long time ago!
